About these resources
These terms describe use of the Sierra SCM website, its articles, China Atlas and Sierra Product Radar. They do not replace a separate agreement for professional services. Questions or corrections can be sent to contact@sierra-scm.com.
Product Radar early access
The current version accepts product research requests and provides external source guides. Submitting a request does not automatically collect conversations, perform AI analysis or generate a report. Sierra will contact you to discuss the research question, scope and timing. Early-access research is offered without a fee during the trial period; the scope and deliverables are agreed before a study starts.
Examples labelled illustrative are not completed customer research, verified supplier findings or recommendations to invest. Community opinions can be incomplete, biased or unrepresentative. Check original sources, contrary evidence and the relevance to your target customer before making a decision.
Product & sourcing decisions
Website content is general information, not a guarantee of customer demand, supplier performance, product compliance, commercial returns or manufacturing feasibility. Product requirements, testing, regulatory obligations and supplier suitability need project-specific assessment.
Submitting an enquiry or preparing a brief does not create a paid engagement or purchase order. For any further commissioned work, scope, deliverables, fees, timelines, confidentiality and ownership must be agreed separately before work begins.
External links & content
External sites and their content remain subject to their owners’ terms and rights. A directory listing is not an endorsement, partnership or permission to scrape or republish third-party content. Links and community rules can change.
You may refer to Sierra’s original website content for your own evaluation and share links with attribution. Republishing substantial original material, using Sierra branding or implying an endorsement requires permission. Third-party names, images and quoted material remain subject to their respective rights.
Responsible use & corrections
Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or submit information you are not entitled to share. If a link, description or factual statement needs correction, please tell us.
We aim to keep the resources useful and accurate, but cannot promise that every entry is complete or current or that access will be uninterrupted. Nothing on this page removes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
We may revise these website terms as the resources develop. Material service obligations remain governed by the separately agreed project terms.
